Not much to say. Ted got a deer on the first day of archery season, so that was over quick. I was sick for most of muzzleloader season and only went out for one day–it was a bust.
Since then Ted has been out some but finds it hard to shoot a doe–I wouldn’t have that problem. I think it’s a guy thing. I went out a few times and will again this weekend at the cabin, but there hasn’t been much movement up there. Too much space and too few people moving around.
The most movement I’ve seen at the cabin has been in the back yard. Watched two young deer, one a button buck, wandering around the yard munching acorns.
